The LASERCYN Dermal Spray is intended for the cleansing, irrigation, moistening, debridement, and removal of foreign material from a wide range of dermal lesions and wounds, including exudating wounds, stage I-IV pressure ulcers, stasis ulcers, diabetic ulcers, post-surgical wounds, first- and second-degree burns, abrasions, minor irritations of the skin, diabetic foot ulcers, ingrown toe nails, grafted/donor sites, and exit sites. The hypochlorous acid (HOCl) present in the spray has been shown to have Cleansing, Irrigating, Moistening, Debriding, and Foreign Debris Removal properties, making it suitable for pre-procedure and post-procedure cleansing.
